About the Tournament
The 10th Annual Great American Premier Softball Showcase (GAPSS) will be held July 13-15, 2011 across 18 fields throughout the Olentangy School District. This high quality girls’ fast pitch tournament will feature 97 highly competitive girls fast pitch softball teams from across Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan and West Virginia - bringing in well over 1,200 players, an anticipated 10,000 spectators and 100 plus college coaches to our community. The tournament will host teams in ages of 10 to 18.

Community Financial Impact
With over 11,000 players, family members, coaches and spectators in attendance, we have estimated that the tournament will generate approximately $600,000 for the local economy throughout the weekend.

As in every year past, ALL excess funds generated by the tournament will be used to benefit the Olentangy Lewis Center, Olentangy Liberty and Olentangy Orange high school softball programs.
